We know there is a lot to learn as you embark on a career in recruitment which is why Investigo have devised a programme specifically designed for those with no previous experience. Our 12 week programme ensures you receive the training and support you need to be a success from day one.
Your First Two Weeks will focus on making you feel welcome. From your introduction to the business to getting to know your team our goal is that you feel “at home” with Investigo. Our induction plan covers all you need to settle in including job shadowing, systems and processes training and market and sector insights.
The First Month will provide you with an understanding of the wider business. You will take part in our interactive induction day, meet your buddy for lunch (see buddy scheme), join our other new starters for drinks and start to build your network.
At Three Months, you will have completed your comprehensive ‘Introduction to Recruitment’ programme. Your weekly one to one sessions with our Learning and Development (L&D) team will have given you to tools to confidentially continue on your career in recruitment including call coaching, business development, time management and negotiation.
Support, however, does not stop here. You will continue to receive support from our L&D team who host both weekly ‘drop in’ sessions revisiting our ‘Introduction to Recruitment’ programme and regular ‘Lunch and Learn’ seminars led by established recruiters to build your knowledge and confidence. This is alongside the regular L&D one to one sessions all recruiters receive on an ongoing basis at Investigo. Your buddy will keep in regular contact providing you with an outlook outside of your team view and even treat you to lunch or drinks right up to when you pass your probation.
