Running both structured and bespoke training programs across the business, those joining Investigo can expect to receive a tailored approach to their career development.
Our L&D team alongside your line manager plot your onboarding process with us. Ensuring you receive system and processes training, working with you to process your business plan and targets and providing one to one as desk support to ensure a smooth transition into your new role. Within your first month you will take part in our interactive Induction day with peers from across the business who have joined within the same timeframe. Not only a great way to learn about the wider business but also to start building your network across Investigo.
Ongoing L&D Support
Our training support does not stop after your two-week induction. Regardless of experience each recruiter at Investigo is offered regular, at desk, one to one-sessions with their L&D lead. This is an opportunity to learn new skills, ask questions or review best practice to enhance your performance.
We also hold business led ‘Lunch and Learn’ training sessions open to all. These look to harness the skills of our established recruiters and share them across the business.

Our Future Leaders Forum (FLF) is led by our senior consultant community. They have worked in conjunction with the L&D team to provide a quarterly program designed specifically to address topics, training and insights most relevant to those already established in their career. Whether the next step is into Management or you prefer to concentrate on a sales-based role the FLF provides a peer led network to guide you through the process.
Investigo run an in-house training programme for all those looking to progress their careers into Management. This six-month program is run by Katrina Hagan, a qualified Business Psychologist with sessions from the senior Management team and Director community, it focusses on building your ‘Management Toolkit’ and honing your leadership skills.
